Who We Are?
Our Story
Victory Bell was founded in 1998 by former Japanese Olympic Swimmer Suzu Chiba and the Hashimawari family. After training in the U.S. and Canada and competing in Barcelona and Atlanta, Suzu wanted to create a way for young athletes to have access to both world class coaching and training as well as a way for them to experience culture and life outside of Japan. She believes that having access to international competitive training as well as being able to broaden one’s horizons help young athletes become well rounded global citizens
Victory Bell has grown from that idea, into a company that offers sports training, academic education, homestay family coordination, and outdoor adventure trips for athletes and travelers from around the world.
